Established in 2008, the goal of Imperial Wagyu Beef was to produce a product that would be recognized and sought after by chefs and beef connoisseurs for its unique flavor, tenderness, and health benefits – all of the features Wagyu beef naturally provides.

We are committed toward producing the highest quality beef using traditional production methods through all phases of production. As part of our production system, all calves are vaccinated on the farm to protect against and prevent disease reducing the need for antibiotics. Most of our calves are raised on lush green vistas before entering our long, slow feeding phase of over 400 days. Cattle are fed a nutritionist recommended all-vegetarian diet. Additionally, our cattle are handled with strict care protocols throughout the entire production system.
