WE GUARANTEE THE QUALITY AND CONDITION OF OUR PRODUCTS
Imperial is dedicated to producing the finest American Wagyu beef products, without compromise. All Imperial Wagyu Beef comes from high quality Wagyu cattle raised in America under our management from start to finish.
WE GUARANTEE THE QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCT UPON ARRIVAL
Your product will ship from Imperial Wagyu Beef in a frozen state, it is possible for the product to begin tempering prior to arrival. Upon arrival of your order, we suggest you place the product in the freezer if you won’t be consuming it within 2 days. If you do plan to consume the product within 2 days, placing the products in the refrigerator will be sufficient.
WE GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE THE PRODUCTS YOU ORDER
All of our Wagyu beef cuts are hand cut by some of the industry’s best meat cutters. The weight of each cut is carefully monitored for accuracy and you will always receive the weight you ordered within acceptable industry standards. In addition, we work hard to ensure that your order is picked and shipped correctly. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and give you an opportunity to substitute.
ITEMS NOT COVERED
If the perishable meat products in your order should spoil due to one of the reasons below, we will not be obligated to provide a replacement to you.
If the delivery address provided to Imperial Wagyu Beef is not correct and results in delivery failure. Please, make sure to double check your shipping address when placing an order.
The order is delivered properly on the day it is due, but is left unrefrigerated (for whatever reason) and spoils. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the received items are refrigerated the same day the order is received.

If we fail to live up to any aspect of our guarantee, we will replace your order or refund your money, provided that you notify us by calling 402.557.6200. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
Do not return any product without first making arrangements with an Imperial Wagyu Beef Customer Service Representative. (We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe to be unfounded or fraudulent.)
