¼ cup minced yellow onion
2 teaspoons minced ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2½ tablespoon low sodium soy
1 tablespoon gochujang
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
2 packs round gyoza skins
1½ cups low sodium soy
1½ cups seasoned rice vinegar
3 tablespoons sambal
1¼ cup sugar
4 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons minced ginger
2 teaspoons minced cilantro
6 tablespoons chopped green onion
4 teaspoons sesame oil
Note: You can use stainless steel steamer pot or bamboo steamer placed over the top of water pot (find at your local Asian market) to steam dumplings.
