Since USDA Beef Quality Grades can’t accurately capture the marbling prevalent in American Wagyu beef products, we evaluate the quality of our beef according to grades modeled after the Japanese Beef Marbling Standards. Our products are sorted into four classifications available to our distributors: Market Style, Classic, Signature, and Reserve.
We use authentic Wagyu genetics combined with top quality Angus cattle to produce highly marbled beef that exceeds the expectations of even the most discerning palates. We also raise our cattle to all-natural standards so you can reach consumers looking for specialty beef products.
